Back in March 2023, my son was born prematurely at 34 weeks, it was a difficult and stressful time for our family. He had to stay in the NICU for several weeks, and we were grateful for the care and support provided by the nurses and staff. In order to thank them, I was looking for a special gift to give them, and that's when I discovered badge reels crafting.
I had always been interested in crafting, but it wasn't until my son's stay in the NICU that I discovered my passion for badge reels crafting. I wanted to create something special and unique to show my appreciation for the nurses who had cared for my son, and badge reels seemed like the perfect gift.
I spent hours researching and experimenting with different designs and materials, and eventually created two badge reels that I was proud to give to the nurses. They were a hit, and I received so many compliments and requests for more badge reels that I decided to turn my hobby into a business.
Starting a crafting business wasn't easy, but it was a labor of love. I spent countless hours perfecting my designs, sourcing materials, and building my brand. But it was all worth it when I saw the joy and appreciation on the faces of the nurses who received my badge reels.
Today, our business is thriving, and we continue to create unique and personalized badge reels for healthcare professionals, teachers, and anyone who wants to add a touch of style and personality to their ID badge or access card.
Our business may have started as a way to thank the nurses who cared for my son, but it has become so much more than that. It's a way for us to share our passion for crafting and creativity with others, and to make a positive impact in the lives of those who use our products. We're grateful for the journey that brought us here, and we look forward to continuing to create beautiful and meaningful badge reels for years to come.
